Normal shipping time is 5-7 business days after your order and clear payment has been received.  We use the U.S. Post Office with tracking numbers.  Our rates for the U.S. include its territories and military addresses (APO/FPO).  

We may ship your purchase with "Signature on Delivery" if the value of the order is $50 or more.  This is for the protection of both buyer and seller due to the amount of theft from packages being left unattended on porches or other areas including mailboxes.  If you do not want this service, you must notify us immediately upon completion of your purchase.  Please know that we will NOT be responsible for any loss in this case, when tracking shows "Delivered".

Tracking numbers are furnished on every package and we encourage you to follow your package online and make arrangements to have someone available to collect the package on the day it is arriving.  We are not responsible for theft (any package indicating is has been delivered to the addressee according to the tracking information).

Signature is not required for our packages, unless it is over $50 and has not been declined when the order was placed. We not responsible for any package which shows "Delivered" in the postal system and the customer claims they did not get.  For further protection, you do have the option to request "Signature on Delivery" (for an additional fee).  

Insurance on Priority Mail is included up to $50.00.  Customer may purchase additional insurance on the package at their expense.  To purchase additional insurance, please contact us immediately upon placing your order (within 24 hours) or PRIOR to placing your order with us.  We will have to bill you separately for this service and the cost is dependent upon the amount you would like.

If you receive a damaged package, you MUST take photos immediately upon receipt of the package PRIOR to opening.  We also require pictures of the damaged items.  Damage reports must be reported to us, including your photos, within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, according to the tracking information.  Claims may be filed by either party and this will be determined at time of your report submission to us.

Put 2-3 drops of Hey Daddy Beard Oil in your palms (this will go a long way, and you can apply more later if needed). Spread it evenly in your palms and along your fingers. Once the oil is evenly distributed, run your palms throughout your beard then use a comb to evenly distribute the oil while placing the hairs back in place.

We reccommend that you repeat this process daily to keep your beard and skin soft and conditioned. Frequency of application varies based on the season, climate, and numerous other factors. While our products are atural and organic, iIf you have acne prone skin, start with an every-other-day application and adjust as you deem necessary.

Remember not all beards are alike.
